MORE ABOUT PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION YACHT CLUB
Many of our members and prospective members have already met during our annual trip to a certain property & construction event in Cannes, France and at informal gatherings in the UK.
As keen Yachting enthusiasts we spent some time working out how we could bring together our colleagues and contacts in the property and construction industry, our annual yacht event in Cannes focussed our attention on a club with a sailing theme.
So, what is our policy?
Our club’s policy is to enable anybody in the Property and Construction Industry the opportunity to join us whether you are interested in hands on sailing or seek the opportunity for sailing as a passenger or as a social / business member you will be welcomed.
What is our aim?
To provide our members with opportunities for hands on sailing under expert
tuition in the UK and overseas, if that sounds a bit energetic for you,
social sailing is on the agenda and you can watch on board while others take the
ropes. Whatever your preference, you can be assured of a great time with friends,
colleagues and new contacts from your industry.
For those who are hands on we will help you gain your recognised competencies be that as Competent Crew or Day Skipper.
We have access to a number of Yachts for our waterborne events and our events will also embrace power boats and motor cruisers.

In September each year the Little Britain Challenge Cup is our last major event we support as our Club membership year draws to a close.
Back onshore we will be planning a number of events where industry members can
meet and discuss business in City premises.
For those of you who do venture to a certain property and construction event in Cannes you will be welcome to join us at our Tuesday Night Party at Harry’s Bar in Port Canto, Cannes.
We have a Club Committee which welcomes event ideas from our membership so there is the opportunity to really get involved.
